Section 405IAC1-1-14. Severability; governing provisions; effect of provision inconsistent or invalid with federal law

  •    If any provision in this title is or shall become inconsistent with any subsequently enacted amendment to the federal Social Security Act or any regulation promulgated thereunder, the amendment to the Social Security Act or the regulation promulgated thereunder shall govern until such time as this title can be amended. If any part of this title or the application of it to any person, entity, or circumstance is held invalid, the invalidity does not affect other provisions or applications of this title which can be given effect without the invalid provision or application, and to this end the parts of this title are severable.
