Section 405IAC2-9-6. Medical disability determination

In order to qualify for Medicaid for employees with disabilities, an applicant must meet the definition of disability in 405 IAC 2-2-3. If not for earned income, the applicant or recipient would medically qualify for Medicaid under the traditional disability category according to statute.
