Section 405IAC11-2-5. Sanctions against providers; determination after investigation

   The procedures set out in 405 IAC 1-1-6 for sanctions against Medicaid providers and determinations after investigation shall apply to providers under this title, except that any discretion exercised shall be that of the director of the office of the children's health insurance program, or his or her duly authorized representative.
