Section 370IAC1-3-1. Wholesale packaging and labeling

The eggs shall be sold at wholesale in cases, boxes, or containers that shall be plainly labeled as:

(1) Grade AA, Grade A, or Grade B; and

(2) to size, "Jumbo", "Extra Large", "Large", "Medium", "Small", or "Pee Wee";

according to standards of quality and size established in this article.
