Section 365IAC2-1-2. Fees posting license

   A new plant starting to operate after April 1 of any year shall pay the basic fee as prescribed in IC 15-6-1-12 [IC 15-6 was repealed by P.L.2-2008, SECTION 83, effective July 1, 2008.]. Additional fees shall also be submitted as prescribed in IC 15-6-1-13(a) [IC 15-6 was repealed by P.L.2-2008, SECTION 83, effective July 1, 2008. See IC 15-18-2-28(a).]. A receiving station or other dairy processing plant starting to operate after April 1 of any year shall pay the basic fee as prescribed in IC 15-6-1-12 [IC 15-6 was repealed by P.L.2-2008, SECTION 83, effective July 1, 2008.], plus additional fees as prescribed in IC 15-6-1-13(a) [IC 15-6 was repealed by P.L.2-2008, SECTION 83, effective July 1, 2008.
