Section 365IAC2-1-11. Notice of appearance before creamery examining board

Persons cited to appear before the creamery examining board (board) shall receive written notice at least two (2) weeks in advance of the date set for the meeting of the board. The notice shall state the reason or reasons why the person is being called before the board.
