Section 35IAC14-6-7. Purchase of credit by surviving qualified spouse or dependent

   A surviving qualified spouse or dependent eligible to receive benefits under IC 5-10.2-3-7.5 or IC 5-10.2-3-8 may purchase or claim service credit which could have been purchased or claimed by the decedent.
