Section 35IAC14-6-2. Death in service; classroom disability benefits

   Whenever a member dies after or while receiving classroom disability benefits and before applying for retirement or disability retirement, the amount held in the annuity savings account shall be reduced by the sum of benefits paid. The remainder, if any, shall be paid to a designated beneficiary or the member's estate.
