Section 35IAC14-5-1. One day of service credit

   (a) For purposes of IC 5-10.4-4-2, a member is entitled to one (1) day of service credit when the member engages in covered service for a standard work day or any fraction thereof.

  (b) Creditable service does not include sick leave, vacation leave, or personal leave unless service credit for such leave is granted pursuant to IC 5-10.4-4-7.
