Section 35IAC1.2-6-4. Deductions for health insurance and taxes; minimum amount

  •    An eligible member may request deductions for health insurance or taxes if the deductions do not reduce the check amount below ten dollars ($10) a month. Tax withholdings may be made in any whole dollar increment greater than five dollars ($5).
