Section 35IAC1.2-6-14. Benefits payable to surviving spouse of the Prosecuting Attorneys' Retirement Fund (PARF)

Benefits payable to a surviving spouse under IC 33-39-7-19 are reduced by the amounts, if any, that are payable to the surviving spouse from the public employees' retirement fund as a result of the participant's death. When calculating this reduction, the amounts attributable from the annuity savings account, if any, are not to be included.
