Section 357IAC1-16-4. Applicator certification and licensing

  •    (a) Except as provided in section 5 of this rule, an individual may not use or supervise the use of a pesticide at a school without having obtained a commercial applicator license from the state chemist.

      (b) Completing the certification procedures described in 355 IAC 4-1 shall be a qualifying requirement for a commercial applicator license.

      (c) A commercial applicator license shall be issued in one (1) or more of the categories described in 355 IAC 4-1-3.
