Section 355IAC5-4-4. Drainage from secondary containment

Secondary containment shall not have a relief outlet or valve. The base shall slope to a collecting spot where liquid shall be removed by a manually activated pump over the wall for use in the blending process or for proper disposal in accordance with all applicable regulations.
