Section 355IAC4-3-1. Proof of financial responsibility

   (a) Prior to the issuance of a pesticide business license, applicants shall furnish evidence of financial responsibility acceptable to the state chemist.

  (b) Pesticide business licensees must provide the state chemist with updated proof of liability insurance or surety bond whenever the pesticide liability insurance or surety bond expires or is modified.
