Section 355IAC4-2-2. Pesticide or fertilizer use by noncertified persons

Pesticides or fertilizers may be used by a noncertified person working under the direct supervision of a certified applicator. All persons conducting use of pesticides or fertilizers for hire by aerial application shall be certified.
