Section 355IAC2-3-12. Compliance with effective date of rule

Latest version.

(a) Full compliance with this rule by newly established storage facilities shall be required immediately upon the effectiveness of this rule.

(b) Full compliance by existing storage facilities shall be required no later than two (2) years from date of effectiveness of this rule.
