Section 355IAC8-3-3. Application of unmanipulated organic fertilizer to highly erodible land

Latest version.

A person shall not apply unmanipulated organic fertilizer to highly erodible land, unless the land has:

(1) at least forty percent (40%) crop residue; or

(2) a vegetative cover crop.
