Section 355IAC2-2-10. "Operational area" defined

As used in this article, "operational area" means an area or areas at a storage facility where fertilizers are:

(1) transferred, loaded, unloaded, or mixed; or

(2) cleaned or washed from containers, or application, storage, or transportation equipment.
