Section 345IAC9-22-7. Procedure for seizure, condemnation, and disposition; jurisdiction

Any article or livestock subject to seizure and condemnation under IC 15-17-5-21 shall be liable to be proceeded against and seized and condemned, and disposed of, at any time, on an appropriate pleading in any county or judicial court, or as specified in IC 15-17-5-21, within the jurisdiction of which the article or livestock is found.
