Section 345IAC9-22-4. Notification of detention to governmental authorities

   Within forty-eight (48) hours after the detention of any livestock or article pursuant to this rule, an authorized representative of the board shall give oral or written notification of such detention to any federal authorities not connected with the state board having jurisdiction over such livestock or article.
