Section 345IAC7-8-1. Recording livestock brands; administration; duties

(a) Livestock brands within the state of Indiana shall be recorded in the office of the state veterinarian for the Indiana state board of animal health.
(b) The duty to certify and record livestock brands along with all other duties concerning the board's oversight of livestock brands in Indiana are hereby delegated to the state veterinarian under IC 15-17-3-14.
