Rule 345IAC7-5. Exhibition of Domestic Animals and Poultry |
Section 345IAC7-5-22. Vaccinations and tests required for dogs and cats

(a) Dogs and cats three (3) months of age or older must meet the following requirements for exhibition:
(1) Animals that originate in the state must have a current vaccination for rabies as defined in 345 IAC 1-5 at the time they are exhibited.
(2) Animals that originate from outside the state must meet the applicable requirements in 345 IAC 1-3.
(b) A person exhibiting a dog or cat must have with the animal a certificate or other statement from the veterinarian performing the vaccinations and tests required by this section certifying that the vaccinations and tests have been completed and the date each was completed.
