Section 345IAC5-7-2. Incorporation by reference

   (a) The board adopts and incorporates by reference the United States Department of Agriculture Animal and Plant Health Inspection Service, Voluntary Scrapie Flock Certification Program Standards, July 1, 1999. This document will be referred to in this rule as the certification program standards.

  (b) Copies of the Scrapie Flock Certification Program Standards may be obtained from the office of the state veterinarian by calling (317) 227-0315.

  (c) Where provisions of the certification program standards conflict with this article, the express provisions of this article shall control.
