Section 345IAC5-2-47. "Slaughter establishment" defined

  •    "Slaughter establishment" means a slaughtering establishment that is operating under the:

    (1) Federal Meat Inspection Act (21 U.S.C. 601 et seq.); or

    (2) Indiana Meat and Poultry Inspection Act (IC 15-17-5).
