Section 345IAC3-4-19. Validated Brucellosis-free status

Swine Brucellosis-free status was established in Indiana on January 1, 1983. Therefore, whenever a swine herd is determined to be infected with swine Brucellosis, the herd must be depopulated. The final determination of herd status shall be made by the state veterinarian.
