Section 345IAC2-8-3. "Approved slaughtering establishment" defined

As used in this rule, "approved slaughtering establishment" means an establishment operating under the provisions of the Federal Meat Inspection Act (21 U.S.C. 601 et seq.) or the Indiana Meat and Poultry Inspection Act (IC 15-17-5).
