Section 345IAC10-20-9. Criminal offenses

Criminal offenses. The act contains criminal provisions with respect to numerous offenses specified in the Act, including but not limited to bribery of division employees, receipt of gifts by division employees, and forcible assaults on, or other interference with, division employees while engaged in, or on account of, the performance of their official duties under the Act.
