Section 345IAC10-20-7. Procedure for condemnation and disposition; jurisdiction

Any article or poultry subject to seizure and condemnation under this article shall be liable to be proceeded against, seized, condemned and disposed of at any time on an appropriate pleading in any county or judicial court, or as specified in IC 15-17-5-21, within the jurisdiction in which the article or poultry is found.
