Section 329IAC9-4-2. Investigations due to off-site impacts

When required by the commissioner, the owner and operator of a UST system shall follow the procedures in section 3 of this rule to determine if the UST system is the source of off-site impacts. These impacts include the presence of regulated substances. The presence of regulated substances may include free or dissolved product or vapors in:
(1) soils;
(2) basements;
(3) storm sewer lines;
(4) sanitary sewer lines;
(5) utility lines;
(6) nearby surface waters;
(7) nearby drinking waters;
(8) irrigation ground waters; or
(9) thermal extraction ground waters;
