Section 329IAC9-1-5. "Ancillary equipment" defined

Latest version.

"Ancillary equipment" means any device that may include any:

(1) piping;

(2) fittings;

(3) flanges;

(4) valves; or

(5) pumps;

used to distribute, meter or control the flow of regulated substances to and from an underground storage tank.
