Section 329IAC9-1-48. "Upgrade" defined

Latest version.

"Upgrade" means the addition or retrofit of a system that may include any:

(1) cathodic protection;

(2) lining; or

(3) spill and overfill controls;

to improve the ability of a UST system to prevent the release of product.
