Section 329IAC9-1-46. "Underground area" defined

Latest version.

"Underground area" means an underground room that may include any:

(1) basement;

(2) cellar;

(3) shaft; or

(4) vault;

that provides enough space for physical inspection of the exterior of the tank situated on or above the surface of the floor.
