Section 329IAC9-1-24. "Gathering lines" defined

Latest version.

"Gathering lines" means any pipeline, equipment, facility, or building used in the transportation of oil or gas during any of the following:

(1) Oil or gas production operations.

(2) Oil or gas gathering operations.
