Section 329IAC9-1-13. "Connected piping" defined

  •    "Connected piping" means all underground piping, including:

    (1) valves;

    (2) elbows;

    (3) joints;

    (4) flanges; and

    (5) flexible connectors;

    attached to a tank system through which regulated substances flow. For the purpose of determining how much piping is connected to any individual UST system, the piping that joins two (2) UST systems should be allocated equally between them.
