Section 329IAC8-6-2. Priority for grant awards

The department shall place the highest priority for grant awards to the evaluation of the size and expected effectiveness of the education program as established under section 1(2) of this rule. Education programs may target both households and elementary and secondary schools in the area. Innovative approaches to reducing generation of household hazardous waste or reducing the quantity of household hazardous wastes for disposal may be prioritized over approaches that emphasize proper collection and disposal.
