Section 329IAC3.1-2-5. Existing records

(a) This rule does not require the creation of new records in response to a request, nor does it require the IDEM to place a requestor's name on a distribution list for automatic receipt of certain kinds of records as they come into existence. This rule establishes requirements for disclosure of existing records.
