Section 329IAC15-5-3.5. Annual revision of closure cost estimate

5. The owner or operator of a waste tire storage site shall submit to the department a revised written closure cost estimate:

(1) annually, not later than January 31 of each year; and

(2) whenever a change in the removal plan increases the closure cost estimate.
