Section 329IAC15-5-12. Release of financial responsibility obligations

(a) When the requirements for final closure in 329 IAC 15-3-21 have been completed, the department will notify the owner or operator of the waste tire storage site in writing that financial responsibility is no longer required to be maintained.

(b) When a waste tire transporter has:

(1) stopped transporting waste tires for a period of one hundred eighty (180) days; and

(2) completed all activities required by the department under this article;

the department will notify the waste tire transporter in writing that financial responsibility is no longer required to be maintained.
