Section 329IAC15-4-1. Requirements for waste tire transporters

Latest version.

(a) A person who transports waste tires shall:

(1) register with the department as a waste tire transporter;

(2) hold a valid certificate of registration issued under this rule;

(3) comply with this article; and

(4) comply with any conditions in the certificate of registration.

(b) The requirements for registration of waste tire transporters in this rule do not apply to a person who operates a municipal waste collection and transportation vehicle licensed under IC 13-20-4.
