(a) Penalties for violation of this article are provided for at IC 13-30-4, IC 13-30-5, IC 13-30-6 [IC 13-30-6 was repealed by P.L.137-2007, SECTION 37, effective July 1, 2007.], and IC 13-30-7.

(b) The penalty for a knowing violation of 329 IAC 15-6-1 is provided for at IC 13-20-14-2(c).
