  •   3. (a) "Construction/demolition waste" means solid waste resulting from the construction, remodeling, repair, or demolition of structures. Such wastes may include any of the following:

    (1) Scrap lumber.

    (2) Bricks.

    (3) Concrete.

    (4) Stone.

    (5) Glass.

    (6) Wallboard.

    (7) Roofing.

    (8) Plumbing fixtures.

    (9) Wiring.

    (10) Nonasbestos insulation.

      (b) The term does not include the following types of regulated solid waste:

    (1) Fluorescent light fixtures.

    (2) Appliances.

    (3) Regulated asbestos-containing material as defined in 40 CFR 61.

    (4) Any other waste resulting from construction, remodeling, repair, or demolition of a structure that, when placed in the landfill, would potentially:

    (A) result in contamination of ground water; or

    (B) present a risk to human health or the environment.
