  •    "Pollution control waste" includes liquid, solid, semisolid, or gaseous waste generated as a direct or indirect result from the removal of contaminants from air, water, or land that may include, but is not limited to, such waste as water and wastewater treatment sludges, baghouse dust, scrubber sludges, chemical spills, or remedial activity clean-up wastes.
