Section 329IAC10-8.2-6. Waste pesticides or wastes contaminated with pesticides

Waste pesticides or wastes contaminated with pesticides must be disposed of in accordance with:

(1) the label required by 40 CFR 156.10(a), revised as of February 23, 1998, available from the Superintendent of Documents, U.S. Government Printing Office, P.O. Box 371954, Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania 15250-7954, (202) 783-3238; and

(2) IC 15-3-3.5-34 [IC 15-3 was repealed by P.L.2-2008, SECTION 83, effective July 1, 2008. See IC 15-16-4-68.].
