Section 329IAC10-37-6. Initiation of final closure

(a) Within fifteen (15) days after receiving the final volume of waste, the owner or operator of a restricted waste site Type III or a construction/demolition site shall initiate final closure of all areas not certified as partially closed. Final closure must occur in accordance with the approved closure plan.

(b) The owner or operator of a restricted waste site Type III or a construction/demolition site shall complete other closure activities in accordance with the approved closure plan.
