Section 329IAC10-31-5. Responsibility after post-closure to correct nuisance

Subsequent to the completion of post-closure, the owner or operator of a closed facility or the owner of real estate upon which a closed facility is located shall be responsible for correcting and controlling any nuisance conditions occurring at the facility.
