Section 329IAC10-23-6. Elimination of threats to human health or the environment after post-closure

Subsequent to the completion of post-closure, the owner, operator, or permittee of a closed MSWLF or the owner of real estate upon which a closed MSWLF is located, shall be responsible for eliminating any threat to human health or the environment.
