Section 329IAC10-22-9. Areas of MSWLFs closing prior to the effective date of this rule

   Areas of MSWLFs that are certified partially closed on or before the effective date of this article must be closed in accordance with the approved closure plan and the applicable law in effect at the time of partial closure. The partial closure certification must be submitted to the commissioner on or before the effective date of this article.
