Section 329IAC10-20-25. Air criteria

  •    The owner, operator, or permittee of an MSWLF shall do the following:

    (1) Ensure that the MSWLF does not violate any applicable requirements developed under Indiana's state implementation plan (SIP) approved or promulgated by the United States Environmental Protection Agency administrator under Section 110 of the Clean Air Act, 42 U.S.C. 7401 et seq., as amended November 15, 1990.

    (2) Comply with the new source performance standards and emission guidelines at 326 IAC 12-1-1(b)(1) (40 CFR Part 60 Subpart WWW), as applicable.

    (3) Not cause or allow the storage, containment, processing, or disposal of solid waste in a manner that creates a threat to human health or the environment, including the creation of a fire hazard or air pollution.
