Section 329IAC10-2-34. "Composite liner" or "composite bottom liner system" defined

Latest version.

"Composite liner" or "composite bottom liner system" means a system consisting of at least two (2) components:

(1) the upper component is a geomembrane liner; and

(2) the lower component is a layer of compacted soil.
