Section 329IAC10-2-196. "Upgradient water quality" defined

"Upgradient water quality" means the chemical composition of water in the stream or ground water that is in the direction of increasing static head of the solid waste boundary and that is representative of the flow system before it has passed by or beneath the monitoring boundary of the solid waste land disposal facility.
